For Digital Marketing Services:

Please carefully review the following Terms & Conditions before purchasing any digital marketing services or package. Your access to and utilization of our service is contingent upon your acceptance and adherence to these terms. These terms are applicable to all customers and individuals who purchase or utilize our service. We assume full responsibility for the security of any social accounts we create or access. Under no circumstances will data be leaked or misused through our server or IP address. Payment invoices must be collected within one hour of making the payment, otherwise, we cannot be held responsible. If opting for partial payment, it must be completed within one week from the same date of the following month, failing which services will be suspended. Renewal of services must be initiated one month prior to the renewal date. Service commencement will occur seven to eight working days after advance payment. Any creatives or designs produced by us are subject to confirmation within our understanding, up to a maximum of 15 days. Otherwise, they will be shared via WhatsApp before publishing. We advise reviewing and informing us of any spelling or other corrections a day prior to publication or a month's worth in one instance. No design confirmations will be accepted prior to publishing on social media. Responsibility for reach lies with customers who have not opted for the booster plan. There is no guaranteed number of likes or followers in the booster plan. Reach levels mentioned in the package will be available on the associated social account. Exchange of QR codes will be facilitated only if the code expires within the package tenure; otherwise, reissuance will incur a charge in case of loss or damage due to any incident. If any festivals or days are missing from our list, please inform us one week in advance for graphic creation. Discounts specified in the package are valid only for the specified tenure, and discounts are capped at 10% for different products. For Printing Material Items:

Kindly review the following Terms & Conditions for availing our printing services. All design submissions must be sent exclusively via WhatsApp to 9792921802. Confirmation of the design necessitates a confirmation message on WhatsApp. Before confirming the design, it is essential to meticulously review all content and spelling. We cannot be held responsible for errors in printed material after confirmation. A 100% payment of the total order amount is required upfront to initiate work. The delivery timeline begins post design confirmation. Upon placing an order, kindly request proof of advance payment and an order receipt. It is your responsibility to verify the details of your order against the provided order receipt. Design charges are to be paid separately. Before placing a print order, please thoroughly examine the provided sample for quality and other specifications. Presentation of the order receipt is mandatory upon delivery, and the bill must be retained. Work will commence only upon receipt of the advance payment. A minimum of 20% advance payment is required to view the design. All payments, whether by check or otherwise, are to be made payable to “Bada Branding Wala”. For UPI payments, a screenshot must be sent to WhatsApp number 9792921802. In case of non-response or any issues, complaints can be lodged by calling or mail us. Our no-refund policy is applicable under all circumstances. Quick designing services are available at our office premises for urgent requirements. Disputes will be resolved exclusively under Gorakhpur Jurisdiction. Kindly adhere to these terms for a seamless and satisfactory printing experience.
